Terms of Service

Terms for AI rap, lip-sync and dance video generation with original AI music: your uploads, accounts, credits, subscriptions and acceptable use.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Who operates this service

The service is operated by AI Rap Video.

For service, billing and account support, email support@airapvideo.net. To report prohibited content or abuse, email abuse@airapvideo.net.

Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to your use of AI Rap Video. By creating an account, generating a video or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and your uploads

You must be 18 or older to use AI Rap Video. You are responsible for everything you upload — photos, video, audio, lyrics and prompts — and for having the right to use it.

Celebrities and public figures are not allowed: a photo of a public figure is blocked before a generation task is created, and using the service to depict a real person without their consent can end the account. Photos you upload are deleted automatically after 30 days and are never used to train AI; the Privacy Policy describes the retention schedule in full.

By generating, you confirm you're 18 or older and that everyone in your photos agreed to appear. A child can appear only if their parent or guardian has confirmed it's OK.

What the service does

The service generates short rap videos with AI. You describe what you want — a meme rap, a character rap, a lip-sync performance, a dance-driven clip, a lyric music video — and the service writes the rap, generates the music and vocals, and renders the video from your text prompt, your uploaded photo or your uploaded audio track. Some workflows combine several of these: for example a photo plus a track for an avatar lip-sync, or a photo plus a motion description for a dancing verse.

Generation runs on third-party video, avatar and audio models, and any prompt or lyric drafting runs through the language-model gateway configured for the service. Available models, styles, durations, motion options, output resolutions and their credit costs are shown in the service and may change as models are added or retired.

AI output depends on your inputs, the model you choose and the settings you apply. Rendered video can contain visual artefacts, imperfect lip-sync, timing drift, mispronounced or mis-sung lyrics, extra fingers or limbs, drifting backgrounds and other errors. Review every result before you publish or rely on it. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, factually accurate, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Accounts and communications

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@airapvideo.net.

We may send necessary account, billing, security and support messages to your account email address. To request account closure or handling of personal information, email support@airapvideo.net. Cancel any subscription separately and confirm its status before closing your account.

Your content: photos, audio and lyrics

You retain the rights you hold in the content you upload. You must own, or hold all permissions and licences needed for, every photo, audio track, lyric and prompt you upload, and you authorise us and the processing services described in the Privacy Policy to process, store and deliver that content to produce your video.

Photos of people. You may upload a photo of a person only if it is a photo of yourself and you are an adult. That confirmation is required at upload; the confirmation is recorded together with the IP address, the timestamp and the task identifier, and is retained for safety and abuse investigations. Do not upload:

  • a photo of any other real person, including a partner, friend, client, public figure, celebrity or politician;
  • a photo of a minor, or any image that includes a minor;
  • a screenshot or still from a film, television programme, music video, game or other copyrighted production;
  • a photo of a copyrighted character, mascot or artwork you are not licensed to use.

Images that appear to contain another real person or a copyrighted character are rejected at upload, before a generation task is created, and no credits are charged for the rejected attempt. Requests involving minors, political figures or sexualised depictions of a real person are refused and may lead to the account being blocked. Reports of such content go to abuse@airapvideo.net.

Audio you upload. You may upload a track only if you own it or hold a licence that permits this use, including the lip-sync or re-performance you request. Do not upload commercial recordings, chart releases or other audio you do not own or license. You are responsible for that permission.

Your uploads and your rights

You warrant that you hold the rights to everything you upload. That covers photos, videos, audio tracks and any background music, including both the sound recording and the underlying composition, lyrics and any performance captured in it; for a video it covers the footage as well as its audio. If you do not own it and are not licensed for it, do not upload it.

The licence you give us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, adapt and process what you upload, and to deliver the result to you, as far as needed to run the service and to keep the records described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish your uploads, add them to the sample gallery, or use them to train a model.

Acceptance happens once, at sign-up. Creating an account means accepting these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, including this section. The version you accepted and the moment of acceptance are stored with your account, and what you upload later is covered by that acceptance — which is why we do not ask you to confirm audio rights again for each file.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from what you upload, from your use of a result that contains your uploaded material, or from a breach of this section. While a claim about uploaded material is being resolved we may stop processing that material.

Reference videos are used for motion and framing only. When you attach a reference video, the video model only needs a motion reference, so the original soundtrack is removed before generation. If you choose to add your original soundtrack back to the finished video, that version is for your own download only: it is not shown in our sample wall, public pages or recommendations, and we do not distribute it.

Claims about material you believe infringes your rights are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Music and lyrics are original

Rap videos made with this service use original AI music: the lyrics, the vocal performance and the backing track are newly generated for your request. We do not supply copyrighted songs, commercial backing tracks or third-party instrumentals, we do not clone or imitate the voice of any real singer, and we do not reproduce existing lyrics.

Do not ask the service to recreate a specific song or lyric, to sound like a named artist, or to reproduce a copyrighted melody or hook. Where a reference track is part of your upload, its original audio is not reused as delivered output music. A claim that a track, character or voice used in a result infringes someone's copyright is handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

How you may use your results

Subject to these terms and to any third-party rights involved, you may use, publish and monetise the videos you generate, including commercially. We do not guarantee that an output attracts copyright protection, that it is exclusive to you, or that it clears third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing a result and obtaining any permission your use requires.

Styles that describe a brand-name studio or franchise look are offered de-branded in the service — for example "anime style", "3D animation style" or "comic book style". For those styles we make no promise of commercial licensing, and you must not present a result as produced by, endorsed by or affiliated with the named studio or franchise.

Uploading a photo or generating a video does not publish it in any public gallery. Gallery examples are selected separately. If you share a video or a share link, anyone with an accessible link may be able to view that content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create, upload, request or distribute content that:

  • violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property or other rights, or reveals personal or confidential information without permission;
  • is pornographic or sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any form, including AI-generated depictions;
  • depicts a real, identifiable person in an intimate or sexual manner without consent, or uses a person's face or voice for impersonation, fraud or deception;
  • promotes terrorism, violent extremism or hatred, or contains graphic violence or instructions intended to cause harm;
  • harasses, threatens or defames a person, spreads harmful misinformation, or presents a generated scene as a real event;
  • contains malware, phishing or spam, or attempts to bypass access controls, moderation, credit accounting or payment systems.

Label AI-generated video as AI-generated when you publish it. Do not use output to impersonate a real person or to mislead viewers about a real event, statement or performance. The full lists of what is supported and what is refused are in the Acceptable Use Policy and the Content Policy. Availability of a model or style does not authorise a prohibited use.

Moderation of uploads, previews and results

Automated checks run at upload, at preview or prompt stage, at lyric generation and at the final render. A blocked upload is refused before any charge is made. If a check cannot be completed for a technical reason, we do not deliver the result and the reserved credits are returned to your balance. If a check blocks a result under the Content Policy, nothing is delivered and the credits are not returned; the decision can be appealed as described in the Generation & Redo Rules. Repeated attempts to bypass a check may lead to the account being restricted or suspended.

Prices, credits, subscriptions and renewals

Prices are in United States dollars (USD). The amount charged and the billing interval for the plan you select are shown before checkout. Any tax or payment-provider charge that applies is determined at checkout by the payment provider.

Credits are service usage units, not money: they are not a cash balance, cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be withdrawn and have no cash value. Each plan or credit pack states how many credits it grants and how long they stay valid. A generation costs credits according to the model, duration and settings you choose; review the credit estimate before you submit a request. Returning credits after a failed or blocked task is not a refund of the purchase payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the monthly or yearly interval you selected, until cancelled. By approving a recurring subscription at checkout you authorise the payment provider to collect the agreed recurring payment for as long as the subscription remains active. Your Billing page shows the current billing period and the renewal or end date. We will communicate any change to subscription pricing before it applies.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew, they require an active subscription at the time of purchase, and they cannot be bought once your subscription has ended.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Creem appears on your card or bank statement, handles the applicable taxes and issues the receipts. Your payment credentials are entered with Creem; we do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

Credits

Credits are a virtual service quota. They are used only to pay for generation on this site, and they are not money: they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and they have no cash value.

Every grant has a validity period that is shown at purchase. Credits granted by a subscription are valid for the billing period — 30 days on a monthly plan and 365 days on a yearly plan. Credits bought in a credit pack are valid for 0 days. When a validity period ends, the unused credits lapse and are not refunded.

Consumed credits are not refunded, except as stated in the Generation & Redo Rules: a generation that fails because of a platform fault, a queue timeout or a model error is returned to your balance automatically.

Generation and redo rules

The Generation & Redo Rules describe how every generation is delivered and charged: the free lyric rewrites and music redos, the price of a paid redo, a failed generation, a request you abandon at the lyrics or music step, and a result blocked under the Content Policy. Those rules apply to every generation made through the service. Where they and these terms conflict, these terms prevail.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel a subscription in Settings → Billing before the next renewal and check the resulting status and end date. A confirmed cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your current paid period available until it ends. Existing credits keep their original expiry dates.

Cancellation does not by itself refund a payment that has already been completed. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, and the cancellation process is described in the Cancellation Policy. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

We may update, replace or withdraw models, styles and service features, and may interrupt the service for short periods for maintenance or to address a fault. Where practical we will give notice of changes that materially affect a paid service. If upstream model availability requires us to replace a generation model, we announce the change on the site in advance and the replacement is not worse in quality or price than the model it replaces.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a legal requirement, a payment dispute, or a risk to the service, its providers or other users. Where credits were purchased and an account is terminated for a reason other than your breach, we will review the unused portion as part of the applicable refund process.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or of an output, for loss of profit or reputation, or for the way you publish or distribute an input or a result. We are not responsible for third-party model or payment provider outages beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for the content you upload, for the permissions it requires and for how you use what you generate. See the Disclaimer for the limits of what an AI-generated result can be relied on for.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or the applicable rules change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without affecting any mandatory protection available to you where you live.
