Acceptable Use Policy
The uses AI Rap Video prohibits: sexual content, unauthorised likeness, deepfakes, voice cloning and copied lyrics, and how we enforce them.
Last updated: 2026-10-24
This policy lists, in short form, what you must not do with AI Rap Video. It applies to prompts, uploaded photos and audio, generated output and anything you publish from the service, and it sits inside the Terms of Service. The full explanation of what is supported, limited, blocked or banned is in the Content Policy.
Prohibited uses
Do not create, upload, request, generate or distribute content that:
- is pornographic or sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any form, including AI-generated depictions;
- depicts a real, identifiable person in an intimate or sexual manner without consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII);
- uses a real person’s face, likeness or voice without permission, including a partner, friend, client, public figure, celebrity or politician;
- is a deceptive deepfake or face swap — output presented as a real event, statement or performance that did not happen;
- clones, imitates or reproduces the voice of a real singer or rapper;
- copies existing lyrics, or reproduces a copyrighted song, melody, hook or backing track;
- violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property or other rights, or reveals personal or confidential information without permission;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism or hatred against protected groups, or contains graphic violence or instructions intended to cause harm;
- harasses, threatens or defames a person, or spreads harmful misinformation;
- involves a minor in any sexualised, exploitative or harmful way, or uses a real photo of a child;
- attempts election or political deception, including fabricated statements attributed to a real political figure;
- contains malware or phishing, or attempts to bypass access controls, moderation, credit accounting, rate limits or payment systems;
- abuses free credits, trials or promotions, for example with multiple accounts or automated bulk requests.
Your uploads and your rights
You may only upload what you own or are licensed to use. That covers photos, videos, audio tracks and any background music, including both the sound recording and the underlying composition, lyrics and performance; for a video it covers the footage as well as its audio. Uploading is how you agree to this policy: the acceptance is recorded once when you create your account, with its version and time, and it covers every file you upload afterwards — so there is no separate rights box on each upload.
You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and deliver what you upload, as described in the Terms of Service, and you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your uploads or from your use of a result that contains them. Claims about copyright in a track, character or voice are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
Label AI output when you publish it
Rendered video looks realistic, and most platforms now require a label. Mark a result as AI-generated or AI-edited wherever you publish it, follow the platform’s synthetic-media rules, and do not present output as footage of a real event or as a real person’s real performance.
Music, lyrics and voices
Output audio is original AI music generated for your request: new lyrics, melody, vocals and beat. Do not ask for an existing song to be recreated, do not ask for a named artist’s voice, and do not upload a track you do not own or license. When you attach a reference video, the video model only needs a motion reference, so the original soundtrack is removed before generation. If you choose to add your own soundtrack back to the finished video, that version is for your own download only and is never published by us.
How we enforce this
- A request or upload that clearly breaks these rules is refused, and nothing is charged.
- A check that cannot complete for a technical reason returns the reserved credits to your balance and delivers nothing. A check that blocks a running task under the Content Policy delivers nothing and the credits are not refunded; a suspected mistake can be appealed as described in the Generation & Redo Rules.
- Repeated attempts, or content on the banned list in the Content Policy, can restrict features, apply rate limits or suspend the account, and can be sent to human review.
- We may report unlawful content to the relevant authority where the law requires it.
Availability of a model, style or feature never authorises a prohibited use.
