Refund Policy

How payment refunds work for AI rap video subscriptions and credit packs, and how a refund differs from returned generation credits and a cancellation.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Purchases covered by this policy

This policy covers subscription payments and credit-pack payments made to the service operated by AI Rap Video. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and submitting a request does not by itself approve a refund. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase are unaffected.

The current plans, prices, credit amounts and validity windows are:

What you buy

A subscription buys recurring access for the selected billing interval: a monthly or yearly grant of credits, renewable until cancelled. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of additional credits that requires an active subscription and does not renew. In both cases you are buying credits and access to the generation service, not a finished video, a guaranteed number of renders, or a share of a copyright.

Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, which appears on your statement, handles the applicable taxes and issues the receipt.

Automatic credit returns

Credits reserved for a generation are returned to your balance automatically — without you needing to ask — when:

  • the render fails, times out or errors on the model provider's side;
  • you cancel the task before it completes and the reservation can be released;
  • a moderation check cannot be completed for a technical reason, so no output is delivered.

An upload that is refused at the moderation stage — for example a photo of another real person, a copyrighted character, a minor or a political figure — is rejected before any credits are reserved, so the refusal itself costs nothing. If a task is blocked and you believe the decision was wrong, appeal from the Report abuse page with “Moderation appeal” selected and include the task identifier, or email abuse@airapvideo.net.

A returned credit is not a refund: it restores usage units inside the service. A payment refund returns money through the payment provider.

This policy is about money. What happens to credits after a failed, blocked or abandoned generation is set out in the Generation & Redo Rules, which apply to every generation. A result blocked under the Content Policy is not refunded, but the decision can be appealed from the Report abuse page with “Moderation appeal” selected.

When to contact us about a payment

Email support@airapvideo.net if you believe you were charged twice, a payment was unauthorised, a paid subscription or credit pack was not delivered or does not appear in your account, or a service fault prevented you from using what you purchased. We will review the payment, the delivery and the relevant service records.

An AI result can differ from what you expected and should be reviewed before you use it. Dissatisfaction with a particular video, credits you have already spent, unused credits you no longer want, or forgetting to cancel a renewal do not by themselves establish eligibility for a refund. Tell us about a specific service problem and the affected task or purchase; applicable consumer rights still apply.

How to request a refund

Email support@airapvideo.net, preferably from your account email address, and include:

  1. Your account email address and the order or subscription identifier.
  2. The purchase date, amount, currency and the payment method shown on the receipt.
  3. The reason for the request, including any duplicate charge or missing entitlement.
  4. Relevant task identifiers, error messages or redacted screenshots if the request concerns a service fault.

Contact us promptly after noticing an issue so it can be investigated. Do not send your password, full card number or card security code. If you cannot find the order identifier, send the Creem receipt and enough information to locate the purchase, with unnecessary payment details removed.

Review and payment return

We may ask for the information needed to verify your account, the purchase or the problem. Our reply will explain the decision and, if the request is approved, the amount to be returned and any related subscription or credit adjustment. Credits already used, credits already returned after failed tasks, previous refunds, and whether the purchased access was delivered are all relevant to the review.

An approved refund is processed through Creem, back to the original payment method where the method supports it. We will confirm the processing status and any information needed for the return. Creem and your bank determine when the money appears, and the time can vary by payment method and location.

Refunds, cancellations and renewals

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Cancel a recurring subscription in Settings → Billing if you want to stop future renewals; a refund request alone does not stop renewal, and a cancellation alone does not refund a completed payment. The process and the paid-period access are described in the Cancellation Policy.

Credits returned after a failed or blocked task keep the validity period shown for their original grant, unless a confirmed refund or another account adjustment changes that entitlement.

Common questions

Does a failed generation cost me credits? It depends on why it failed. When a render fails, times out or errors on the model provider's side, the credits reserved for that task are returned to your balance automatically. A generation blocked under the Content Policy is not refunded, and abandoning a request at the lyrics or music step keeps the credits it consumed because the lyrics and the audio are still delivered. The Generation & Redo Rules list each case.

Can I get a refund for credits I have already used? Used credits are delivered usage and are not refunded. A request about a payment is reviewed on the payment, delivery and task records, so unused credits and the reason for the request both matter.

Does cancelling my subscription refund the last payment? No. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A refund of a completed payment is a separate request under this policy.
