Cancellation Policy

Automatic renewals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the interval chosen at checkout unless you cancel. A yearly plan is charged as one yearly payment; the monthly equivalent shown on the pricing page is a comparison, not a monthly instalment. Your Billing page shows the current billing period and the renewal date.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to the account that bought the subscription.
2. Open Settings → Billing.
3. Choose Cancel subscription for the current subscription, or Cancel in its actions menu.
4. Confirm the cancellation and check the resulting status and end date.

Finish the cancellation before the next renewal date to stop that renewal. A cancellation takes effect only when the payment provider confirms it; opening or closing the confirmation dialog does not cancel anything.

If the cancellation fails, the subscription does not appear in your account, or you cannot sign in, email support@airapvideo.net from the email address associated with the account and include the subscription or order identifier if you have it. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes. Contact us before the next renewal so we can check the cancellation status with you.

Your current billing period

A confirmed cancellation stops future renewals. The subscription stays available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the Billing page shows that end date. When the period ends the subscription does not renew, and subscription-only benefits end with it.

Credits and credit packs

Cancelling does not revoke the credits you already hold and does not delete your account, chat history or generated videos. Credits keep their original expiry dates; cancelling does not extend them. Check your credit records for the expiry of each grant or purchase, and remember that further generations continue to consume credits.

Credit packs are top-ups that require an active subscription at the time of purchase. Once your subscription period has ended you cannot buy additional packs, and any pack you bought earlier still expires according to its own validity window.

Cancellation is not a refund

Cancelling and refunding are separate actions. A cancellation does not refund a payment that has already been completed. To ask about a payment, follow the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase are unaffected.

Account and data requests

To close your account or ask for removal of your personal information, email support@airapvideo.net. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately and confirm the cancellation first: deleting a video or asking for account closure does not by itself stop recurring payments. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted, what is retained and how a request is verified.
