Privacy Policy

What we collect when you generate AI rap videos, the processors we use (our AI model hosting provider, Cloudflare, Creem), how long uploads are kept, cookies and your rights.

About this policy

The service operator responsible for the information described in this policy is AI Rap Video. Privacy contact: support@airapvideo.net.

This policy explains the information processed when you use AI Rap Video to generate AI rap, lip-sync, dance and lyric music videos, when you create an account, or when you buy credits and subscriptions. For privacy questions or personal-information requests, email support@airapvideo.net.

Information we process

  • Account information: your name, email address, profile image, authentication and session information, and information supplied by a sign-in provider when you use that sign-in method.
  • Uploads: the photos, audio tracks and video you upload for a generation, including the file type, size and duration needed to run the request.
  • Creative instructions: your prompts, the lyrics or rap text you write or accept, the style, model and motion settings you choose, and the messages of a chat conversation used to draft them.
  • Generated output: the videos, audio and any intermediate renders or previews produced for your task, together with the task record that links them to your account.
  • Consent and safety records: the upload confirmation described in the Terms of Service — that the photo is your own and that you are an adult — recorded with IP address, timestamp and task identifier, plus moderation results and any abuse report associated with your account.
  • Payment information: order and subscription identifiers, plan, amount, currency, payment status and credit records. Card details are entered in Creem's checkout. We never see or store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Usage and technical information: interactions with the service, credit consumption, device and browser information, request and error records, referral source and IP information used for attribution, security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Support information: the messages, account details and order information you choose to provide when you ask for help.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, run the generation you request, store your history and library, deliver and serve your videos, charge and account for credits, process purchases and renewals, moderate uploads and results, respond to support requests, and investigate errors, fraud and misuse. We also use it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our terms.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you for generation, storage, billing and support; on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, moderated and free of abuse; on your consent where we ask for it (for example the upload confirmation); and on legal obligation for records we must keep.

Generation, storage and other processors

Running a generation sends your prompt, settings and the input photo or track to the AI models used for that workflow. Those models run on a third-party AI model hosting provider, which processes the request and returns the rendered result. Prompt and lyric drafting runs through the language-model gateway configured for the service. A current list of our subprocessors is available on request: email support@airapvideo.net.

Cloudflare hosts the application and stores uploaded and generated media in object storage (R2) and the service database (D1). Creem processes payments as Merchant of Record and handles card data, tax and receipts. Our email provider delivers account, security and receipt messages. If analytics or support tooling is configured, it processes visit or interaction information for its own function.

Each provider processes the data needed for its function and applies its own retention and data-use practices. We do not control a provider's internal practices, but we choose providers that offer contractual data protection terms, we configure them so that request data is not used to train AI models, and we do not send them more than the workflow needs.

We do not train models on your uploads

We never use your uploaded photos, audio tracks or videos, your prompts, or your generated output to train AI models — neither our own models nor the models run by the providers we call — and we do not sell your personal information. Request data is not kept by a provider to train or improve a model: we select the provider configuration that excludes it and, where the provider offers a retention limit, we set it. Email support@airapvideo.net if you need details about the processing used for a particular model before you use it; the Retention section below says how long we keep your uploads.

We may disclose information where required by law, to answer a valid legal request, or to investigate fraud, abuse, a safety incident or a threat to the service and its users.

Sharing and public links

Generating a video does not publish it. Nothing you upload or generate is added to a public gallery unless it is selected separately as an example. If you share a video or a share link, anyone with an accessible link may be able to view that content; a private chat setting does not itself restrict access to a shared file URL.

Retention

  • Source uploads: an uploaded photo, audio track or video is deleted 30 days after upload. It is kept for that window only so that you can retry or adjust a task; once the window is over the upload is removed from storage, whether or not the task succeeded.
  • Generated output: kept until you delete it or close your account, so that your library and share links keep working.
  • Consent and moderation records: kept as long as needed for safety, abuse investigation, dispute handling and our legal obligations, which can be longer than the media itself.
  • Task, billing and credit records: kept for accounting, tax, refund and dispute purposes for the period required by applicable law.
  • Server and error logs: kept for a short operational window for security, rate limiting and debugging.

No upload and no generated output is ever used to train AI models. The retention above exists so that you can retry a task, keep your library working, and meet safety and accounting obligations — never to build or improve a model.

Deleting a video removes it from your library. Because storage, cache and backups are separate systems, deletion of every copy may take a short additional period.

Abuse reports

To report content that may breach our terms, email abuse@airapvideo.net with the link or task identifier and a short description. We keep report records, including the outcome, so a repeated pattern can be recognised. We may need to retain the reported content while a report is open, even if the uploader deletes it.

Your rights and requests

You can update your name and profile image in your account settings. To request access to your personal information, a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or account closure, email support@airapvideo.net from your account email address. Describe the type and scope of your request and do not send your password, full card number or card security code. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your account, and we will explain what was done and any record we must keep.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately and confirm the cancellation before requesting account closure. A deletion or closure request does not itself stop recurring payments. See the Cancellation Policy.

Cookies and local storage

Authentication cookies keep you signed in, and locale or theme preference storage remembers your choices. A referral cookie may retain the source of a visit (for example a utm_source value) for up to 30 days for attribution. When analytics or support integrations are configured, they may set their own cookies for visit or interaction measurement.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or break parts of the service. Email support@airapvideo.net if you want to know which optional integrations are active for your visit.

Children

The service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service, and the service does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Do not upload a photo of a minor or any information about a minor. Sexualised depictions of minors are prohibited in every form, including AI-generated ones.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the service or provided personal information, email abuse@airapvideo.net with the account or content concerned and we will investigate and remove the data as required.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Account and administrative access controls limit who can reach service records, and payment credentials stay with Creem. Transmission, storage and provider processing involve different systems, and no service can guarantee complete protection against every incident. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, email support@airapvideo.net so we can help secure it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or its processing practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. For any question or request about this policy, email support@airapvideo.net.
