How to make a singing photo

Make a photo sing without a song

Most singing photo tools ask you to bring the audio: upload an MP3, pick a track, or record something. That's the hard part. You have to find a song that fits, check you're allowed to use it, and trim it to length.

Here the song comes with the video. The AI writes lyrics about whatever you typed, composes an original melody, sings it, and lip-syncs the face in your photo. Because the music is new, you're not reusing anyone's song or imitating a famous voice. And because it's written about your subject, it fits them better than any stock track would.

Make your pet sing

Pets are some of the best singers here, because nobody expects it. For a good result:

  • Show the whole face. The muzzle and mouth need to be visible, not hidden behind a toy or a paw.
  • Shoot at eye level. Get down to their height instead of shooting from above.
  • Use a treat. Hold it just above the camera to get them looking straight at it.
  • Tell us about them. "Biscuit, who barks at the vacuum" gives the song a story.

Best photos for a singing photo

The photo matters more than anything else you choose.

  • Good: one face, looking at the camera, soft front light, head and shoulders in frame, at least 512 pixels on each side.
  • Avoid: group photos, side profiles, sunglasses, dark or backlit shots, and tiny screenshots.
  • Formats: JPG, PNG or WebP.
