Generation & Redo Rules
How generation, free lyric rewrites, free music redos, paid redos, failed generations, abandoned requests and content-policy blocks are handled on AI Rap Video.

Amounts and the effective date on this page are not final yet and will be confirmed before launch.
These rules explain how generations, lyric rewrites, music redos, failed tasks and blocked requests are handled on this service. They apply to every generation, together with the Terms of Service and the Content Policy.
The rules
-
Generated content is digital content delivered immediately. Clicking “Start generating” begins delivery. If you abandon the request at the lyrics or music confirmation step — only when you click the “Abandon” button; an idle page only sends reminders and is never treated as abandonment — we still deliver the lyrics and audio files already generated (without the finished video), and the credits already consumed are not returned. The confirmation must be ticked before you pay. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, by starting a generation you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once generation starts.
-
3 free lyric rewrites and 1 free music redo are included. A technical failure caused by us or by the model — duration, vocals, instruments, missing or wrong lyrics — does not use the free allowance and is redone at no cost; a subjective style change does use it.
-
After the free allowances are used, each lyric rewrite costs 10 credits (about $0.05) and each music redo costs 20 credits (about $0.10). The credit amount is shown before you click redo. Editing only part of a lyric — one line or one verse — costs 4 credits (about $0.02) and does not use the free allowance.
-
A failed generation costs nothing. When a generation fails because of a platform fault, a queue timeout or a model error, no credits are consumed, the free allowance is untouched and the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
-
A content-policy block is not refunded. A generation blocked under the content policy — a photo of a real person other than you, a celebrity or public figure, an infringing character, or prohibited content — keeps the credits it consumed. If you believe the block was a mistake, appeal with “Moderation appeal” selected; if the block is confirmed to be wrong, the credits are returned.
-
You must hold the rights to what you upload. You confirm that you have the lawful right to use every photo and material you upload. Generated content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by default; commercial use must be requested separately.
-
Dance and meme-motion videos use our Standard video model by default, and the model can be switched in the generation settings. Duration, resolution and credit cost differ per model and are shown on the page. If upstream model availability requires us to replace a model, we announce it on the site in advance and the replacement is not worse than the model it replaces in quality or price.
-
These rules apply to new orders from the date shown at the top of this page; orders created earlier stay under the rules published at the time. Where these rules conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
Credits
Credits are the virtual service quota that pays for generation on this site. They are not money: they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn, and every grant is valid for the period shown at purchase. How credits are granted, how long they stay valid and when they lapse is described in Credits in the Terms of Service.
Common questions
What happens if I abandon a request at the lyrics or music step?
Only clicking the “Abandon” button counts as abandonment. You then keep the lyrics and audio files that were already generated (without the finished video), and the credits already consumed are not returned. Leaving the page idle only sends reminders, so it is never treated as abandonment.
Does a failed generation cost me credits?
No. A platform fault, a queue timeout or a model error costs no credits and uses no free redo: nothing is charged and the credits reserved for the task are returned to your balance automatically.
What if my request is blocked by the content policy?
A request blocked under the content policy — a photo of another real person, a celebrity or public figure, an infringing character, or prohibited content — is not refunded. If you think the decision was wrong, appeal from the Report Abuse page with “Moderation appeal” selected; if the block was a mistake, the credits are returned.
