Content Policy

AI Rap Video content rules: what you can create, what is allowed with limits, and what is blocked at upload — photos, characters, styles and music.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

AI Rap Video generates a rap video from a text prompt, your own photo, or an audio track you are licensed to use, and every upload is checked before a task is created. This page lists what you can make, what is allowed with limits, what is blocked without charge and what is banned outright.

What you can make

These requests are supported.

  • A photo you have the right to use. Upload your own photo, or one you have the owner's permission for, and that face and performance goes into your rap. You confirm that right at upload. If a minor appears in the photo you also confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have their guardian's permission — a non-sexual photo of a minor is allowed on that basis. We log the IP address, the timestamp and the task identifier of those confirmations as a consent record.
  • Classic and public-domain characters, described in text. A classical or public-domain figure described in words — a character from a classic novel, a folk tale or a myth — can rap and dance in a new performance.
  • Generic styles. Style words that describe a look rather than a title: anime style, 3D animation style, cartoon, comic book style, claymation.
  • Pets. A photo of your own pet, or an animal described in words.
  • Original characters. A character you invented, described in words, including a rapper persona with its own name, outfit and attitude.
  • Historical portrait art. Public-domain portraits and historical figures, used as a described or depicted character.

Allowed with limits

Some requests can be generated, but only in a modified form.

  • Film or TV versions of classic characters. A story or character that is in the public domain can be used; the specific film, series or game adaptation cannot, and neither can a still or screenshot from it.
  • Brand-name style words. If you ask for a studio or franchise look by name, we generate a de-branded version, keep the brand name out of the prompt and out of the result description, and do not use “same as X” wording.
  • No commercial licence for these. De-branded style results come with no commercial licensing promise. Do not present them as produced by, endorsed by or affiliated with the named studio, franchise or artist.

Blocked at upload, no charge

These requests are refused at the upload step, before a task is created, so no credits are charged. The same image cannot be retried.

  • Any identifiable real person other than you — a partner, friend, client, public figure, celebrity or politician. A photo that shows your own child is not refused for this reason; it needs the guardian confirmation above.
  • Specific copyrighted characters — Mickey Mouse, Pikachu, Elsa, Naruto, Iron Man and any other protected character, mascot or artwork.
  • Film or TV stills and screenshots from a series, music video, game or other copyrighted production.
  • Celebrity face swaps, or any request to put a real person’s face on another body or performance.

When an upload is refused you see this message: “This image contains a real person or copyrighted character, please use another one.” The task is marked as finally failed and is not retryable with the same image; uploading a compliant image starts a new, normally charged task.

Banned, with account limits

These are not simply refused: they can end your access to the service.

  • Sexualised depictions of minors. Any sexual or sexualised content involving anyone under 18, in any form, including a real photo of a child used that way. Minors are otherwise allowed: a non-sexual photo of a minor can be uploaded with the parent/guardian confirmation described above.
  • Political figures. Real politicians, candidates and office holders.
  • Sexual or sexualised content of real people, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any person.

For this tier we block the request, keep a fingerprint — a hash of the blocked input — so the same material can be recognised again, apply rate limits, send the case to human review, and suspend the account where the pattern continues. Reports of this content go to abuse@airapvideo.net.

Music and lyrics

Every rap video made here uses original AI music: the lyrics, the melody, the vocals and the beat are newly generated for your request.

  • We never add a copyrighted song, commercial instrumental or third-party background music. A reference video is used for motion and framing only: the video model only needs a motion reference, so the original soundtrack is removed before generation.
  • We do not clone or imitate the voice of any real singer or rapper.
  • We do not copy existing lyrics, and we do not reproduce a protected melody or hook.
  • Uploading your own track requires that you own it or are licensed to use it, including the lip-sync or re-performance you request.
  • Do not ask for a specific song to be recreated, or for a result that sounds like a named artist.

How moderation works

Automated checks run at photo upload, at preview generation, at the final render and at lyric generation. A refused upload is rejected before a task exists, so it costs nothing.

If a check cannot be completed because of a technical failure on our side, nothing is delivered and the credits reserved for that task are returned to your balance automatically. That credit return is described in the Refund Policy.

If a check blocks the result because the request breaks this policy — someone else's real likeness, a celebrity, a copyrighted character or prohibited content — nothing is delivered and the credits are not refunded; rule 5 of the Generation & Redo Rules covers this case. If you believe the block was a mistake, appeal it from the report page (choose “Moderation appeal”): a confirmed mistake is refunded. Repeated attempts to get around a check can restrict or suspend the account.

If your upload is blocked

  1. Upload a different photo you have the right to use, without other people in frame — a photo that shows a minor needs the parent/guardian confirmation.
  2. Use your own pet, or an original character you invented and described in text.
  3. Describe the character you want in words instead of uploading a picture of it.
  4. Remove brand names, franchise names and “same as X” wording from the prompt.

If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@airapvideo.net with the task identifier and we will review the case. To report content created by someone else, use the Report abuse page.

Common questions

Can I use a photo of my friend or partner?

No. A photo of another real person is refused at upload, even if that person has given you permission, because we cannot verify it. Use a photo of yourself, upload your own pet, describe the character in text, or generate an original character instead.

Can I make a celebrity rap?

Not with a real person’s face, voice or likeness. Photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures are blocked at upload, the same rule applies to any other real person who is not you, and the service does not clone a singer’s voice. You can still write a rap about a famous person in your own words.

Why was my anime character blocked?

Generic styles such as “anime style” or “3D animation style” are supported, but a specific copyrighted character — Naruto, Pikachu, Elsa, Mickey Mouse, Iron Man and similar — is refused, as is a screenshot or still from a film, series or game. Describe the look instead: “anime style character with silver hair and a red coat” is accepted.

Can I use a song I like as the beat?

No. We never add a copyrighted song, a commercial instrumental or a third-party backing track. A reference video is used for motion and framing only — the video model only needs a motion reference, so the original soundtrack is removed before generation. Music, lyrics and vocals are newly generated for your request. You may upload your own track only if you own it or hold a licence that covers this use; if you add it back to a finished video yourself, that copy is for your own download only.

Can the AI copy a famous rapper’s voice?

No. The service does not clone or imitate the voice of any real singer or rapper. Vocals are generated for your lyrics and are not a reproduction of an identifiable artist’s voice.

Was I charged for a blocked upload?

No. A photo refused for containing another real person or a copyrighted character is rejected before a generation task is created, so no credits are reserved. If a later check blocks the task because the request breaks this policy, nothing is delivered and the credits are not refunded — appeal a suspected mistake from the report page. If a check cannot be completed, or generation fails for a technical reason, the reserved credits go back to your balance.

Why is my account limited?

Account limits follow the banned list below: sexualised content involving a minor, a political figure or a sexualised depiction of a real person, and repeated attempts to bypass a check. For those cases we keep a hash of the blocked input, apply rate limits and send the case to human review. Email abuse@airapvideo.net with the task identifier to ask for a review.

How do I report misuse?

Use the report button on a share page or open the report page, or email abuse@airapvideo.net. Include the share link or task identifier and a short description of the problem; we keep reports and their outcome so repeated patterns can be identified.
