How the rap battle generator works

  1. Add two photos.

    One per rapper, left and right. People, pets or one of each.

  2. Name them and set the topic.

    Two names and one thing they disagree about. Add a detail or two to the topic, like "who's the better driver (Alex has 3 parking tickets)", and the lines get sharper.

  3. Start the battle.

    The full 15-second battle, 9:16 vertical at 720p with no watermark, is rendered from credits and downloads as an MP4.

How the verses trade

A battle needs back-and-forth, so the video is built that way. The left rapper opens, the right rapper answers, and they keep trading until the beat ends. Each face is lip-synced to its own lines. When one is rapping, the other is waiting for a turn, not mouthing along. The AI writes both sides at once, so the replies actually answer what was just said.

What makes a good AI rap battle

  • A real disagreement. "Who's the better cook" works. "Who's cooler" is too vague to rhyme about.
  • Ammo for both sides. Put a fact for each rapper into the topic. The AI uses it.
  • Even photos. Two similar head-and-shoulders shots in similar light look like a matched pair. One close-up next to one far-away shot doesn't.
  • Keep it friendly. Battles are meant to be funny for both people in them. Our Terms don't allow slurs, threats, sexual content or body-shaming.

Most rap battle generators write the verses as text. That's handy if you plan to perform them yourself. If you want something to post, you still need a beat, two voices and a video.

You must be 18 or older to use AI Rap Video. Both people in the photos must have agreed to appear, and a child can appear only if their parent or guardian has confirmed it's OK. Celebrities, public figures and copyrighted characters aren't allowed. All music is original. Photos are deleted after 30 days and never used to train AI.
